About this site
Lancashire Subsidence is a lead generation service. We are not a contractor, surveyor or insurer. We do not carry out subsidence investigations, underpinning, resin injection, crack repair or any other physical works ourselves.
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we pass the details you provide to a fully qualified subsidence professional who we believe is well placed to help with your situation. That specialist will then contact you directly to discuss your enquiry and, where appropriate, provide advice, an inspection or a quotation. Any contract for works is between you and that specialist, not between you and Lancashire Subsidence.
Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information when filling in the quote form. Submitting false or misleading details, or details that are not your own, is not permitted.
Quotes, advice and outcomes
Quotes, recommendations and timeframes are provided by the specialist we connect you with, not by us. We cannot guarantee the price, availability, scope or outcome of any work they propose. You are free to accept, decline or seek alternative quotes at any time and you are under no obligation to proceed.
Information on the site
Articles, location pages and service pages on this site are for general information about subsidence in Lancashire and the kinds of solutions available. They are not a substitute for an on-site survey by a qualified professional and should not be relied on as specific technical or legal advice for your property.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lancashire Subsidence is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from your decision to instruct (or not instruct) a specialist we have introduced, or from the works that specialist subsequently carries out. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited under English law.
Privacy
Our use of the personal details you submit through the quote form is described in our Privacy Policy, including the fact that we will share those details with our approved subsidence partner so they can help you.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
